ABOUT US
At Environmental and Lung Health Association (ELHEAS), we are committed to improving respiratory health and preserving the environment for a healthier future. Through education, research, and community outreach, we aim to address the pressing public health challenges posed by smoking, air pollution, environment and climate change
Founded in 2018, ELHEAS was created by a group of dedicated health professionals, environmental advocates, and concerned citizens who saw the urgent need to address the growing health risks associated with smoking, air pollution, and climate change in Cameroon. Since then, we have expanded our reach, offering community health programs, research initiatives, and partnerships to improve public health outcomes.

Vision
To create a healthier environment and improve lung health for all communities by addressing the root causes of respiratory and environmental health challenges.
Mission
At ELHEAS, our mission is to promote lung health and environmental preservation through education, advocacy, and research. We work to raise awareness of the dangers of smoking, air pollution, and climate change, while also offering free respiratory screenings and fostering scientific research on these pressing issues.
Our Leadership Team
Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and a shared passion for making a lasting impact on lung health and environmental issues.
